Sidebar # 6

Hi guys! I'm barely back to my blogsite! Ha!ha!ha! Seriously, I have been in hiatus for a little over a month. Yeah, I know I needed it since just a handfulwho came to visit my blog with two leaving one or two messages. Anyway, I did a week of study during my break in the lovely state of Vermont as well. However, the highlight of that hiatus is my trip to Seattle, Port Angeles, Forks and La Push, Washington! It was one of the memorable trips that I have so far!

It's surreal and whatever she said in the book about Forks and La Push were all true! It is green all over and even the air feels and smells green!

I had two 'spooky' experiences though....with a cruizer and a volvo! You know what I mean? What's the story? Well, when I see you in school and with my surprise as well. I promise to finish this blog site before school starts too. My reading notebook is almost done. I hope many of you are on the same page as I am.

Lastly, I want to share one photo with all of you here from my Seattle Trip!

My Thoughts in Pictures Per Se for Chapters 17 &18 : Visitor and Funeral

Headaches are not fun and I just had one yesterday so I kept out of the blog radar. I still haven't heard from hbtwilight78 yet and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Anyway, today will be a little different in two ways. One, I have accidentally combined two chapters as in the title for this blog and two, I have put up pictures for my thoughts in these two chapters. So what's the catch?

You need to look at the pictures and arrange them in sequence to tell the summary of these chapters that I have combined! Come up with a description of the picture that will be related to the scene you are writing about for these chapters.
Where else will you leave your answers? Duh... in the post comment section!

Use this as your guide for the next entry!

Sidebar #5 For Hazera

Hello Hazera! It is really good to hear from you and read about your comment. By doing just that you have earned a point for ELA! Good work. Anyway, I do have a question. Can you explain why that part of Stitches that mentioned was interesting for you? I need to know the reason. Lastly, can you write your explanation on the post box found in Chapter 2? In that way, we do not get lost of the parts we are discussing about.

Enjoy your summer too as I am and keep jotting on your New Moon reading log notebook!

Toodles!

My Questions Per Se on Chapter 16: Paris

So here's my biggest question: How is this chapter got this title when there isn't a single reference to this place? Can somebody please explain this to me?

The chapter was about Jacob taking Bella home that night from her adventurous -near- death - cliff- diving-experience. Right? All of a sudden, the conversation turned mushy again! Why? Can anyone help here? Then when Jacob was made to remember clearly how Bella sees him in her life, his wolf instinct kicked in! What was that? You tell me! Aren't you reading the book?

As he tried to get Bella away from the house, to protect her from the vampire lurking in her premises, Bella's attention was caught by something she never expected to see again. What did she see that made her almost stopped breathing and broke Jacob's heart all over again? Well....I am waiting.

So there you go folks... Credits are up for grabs!

Later....

Hey Regina, what happened to you? I thought you said you were going to check in every other day for your comments? I have not heard from you again....What's up?

I know I made a lot of calls last Sat. July 25th to follow up on our blog. There is a section called post your reply. This will let you leave a comment, a question or a reaction about your reading. Just leave your name so that I can keep a record of those gets credits.

Anyway, if this is not going to happen this summer, we will do it in September because it is largely our first marking period lesson, plus our main curriculum plus your independent reading. Your ELA Graduation Exit Project Requirment will be given to you on Sept. 15 for submission on May 2010. Just to let you know ahead of time.

Ashlie and Jamela, I have not heard the last from you two, right? And Shevonne, your aunt has already received your summer reading homework packet via e-mail. I am not excusing you from this activity.

Well my dears, am blogging Chapter 16 next.

To be continued....
